please take a look at my holter and tell me what do you think about it?
the skips getting worse. now i start have them almost daily i feel them 4-5 times a day.
During monitoring for 23 hours 52 minutes recorded in sinus rhythm with a minimum and maximum heart rate of 51 bpm and 119. per min. respectively. Supraventricular arrhythmias - 10, single. PVCs - 25, single - 19, paired-3. Pause for more than 2,000 ms - no. Diagnostically significant elevation / ST-segment depression were found.
Hope you get some input from those more experienced than me, your type post has been discussed many times. I have read many of them and suggest that your 24 hour monitor indicates you have a common problem that is not dangerous, uncomfortable, can be.
Some may be able to tell you better than I how they manage living with PVC issues. I think most do not get relief from medications such as beta blocker, but I could be wrong on that point. I take BB to lower my atrial fibrillation driven high HR, and it helps a lot.
I'm no doctor but it sounds like you're completely fine based on the holter results you posted. According to that data, you had 35 PACs/PVCs in a 24 hour period. I can guarantee you there are people that visit this site that would give their right arm to have only 35 ectopics per day. Many people on this site have tens of thousands of these beats per day. Assuming your heart is structurally healthy, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Although these odd beats can be worrisome when they occur, just keep in mind that they mean nothing medically and do not damage the heart. 35 per day is nothing.
