I know you must be worried, but without more information and tests, there is reallly no point in speculating what might be going on. In just a little over a day, you will be talking to a neurologist--a very sensible beginning, I think--and you will start to get some idea of what might be happening.
When you see the neuro, be sure to include the business about the hallucination.
In the meantime, try not to worry too much, remembering that worry gets in the way of life--and it does absolutely nothing that's good or useful.
Please post here after your appointment and let us know how it went.
They have never occurred during a workout-actually all have occurred during a non stressful event like eating dinner at a restaurant or watching my son doing something.
I am seeing a neurologist on monday and I left out an embarrasing thing that ocurred the last episode! Right before I lost consciousness I had a hallucination. I'm not crazy and not on drugs! I work in law enforcement and this is really oit of my comfort zone to be telling the whole world my condition but I have children and dont want to leave them without a mom
Sudden nausea accompanied by alteration of consciousness or fainting plus vomiting speaks to a fall in blood pressure. There are many potential causes, but your history is very important. For example, when do these episodes occur--during cardio exercise, during the cool-down phase, none of the above?
Much depends on what your event monitor shows. Without more information, it is impossible to make a sensible guess. If it's not cardiac, you will probably be referred to a neurologist to see if something is amiss with your nervous system.
