These are numbers and the website for the national spouse abuse hotline. If you are a victim of spouse abuse you can get help and be protected. If your spouse checks your email or web site history, don't open the link at home. The phone numbers above are open 24 hours per day. If you need help, they can help. Please don't live in fear, life is too short.
Stress can make a variety of arrhythmias worse -- it is because your adrenalin goes through the rough. See your family doctor to consider a Holter monitor to help diagnose the arrhythmia. More importantly, use it as an opportunity to discuss the abuse issues. If your spouse does not let you go to the doctor alone, this is just another indication that you are being controlled.
I hope this helps and I hope you find peace soon.
Please try to find help to get out of your situation. Call the numbers above....they really can help.
Take care.

Hi there. What was your stress question?
One thing you can do if your post does not get a response over time is to enter your post location and "Post Comment." In the comment box, just type "bump." This lets everyone know that you are just moving your question back to the top of the list so that someone will notice it. Sometimes the site gets a bit quiet and things slip by, but if you bump your question back to the top someone will see it.
Take care....I look forward to seeing your post 'near the top.' :-)
