tachycardia after estrogen double dose mistake

96 pulse is kinda high,  The estrogen is the high dose 1. instructions says to use one side of the body per week; 2 patches a week. I double dosed because, it fell from left arm, I put on right femur=lost it; place a new one back on left inner wrist (2x in 2 days strongest dosage contraindication on left arm). Is Estroderm dangerous for tachycardia?

background/history:
heart rate usually about 78, up to 96 tonight, felt dizzy.
LDL 130, Cholesterol 230, 3.0 ratio.
Mitral Valve prolapse, Rhematic fever as a child (in a wheel chair for 30 days)
Blood pressure normal, sugar normal,
skipped dinner, ate junk food snacks.
I was told by the doctor I had a 50% greater chance of having a stroke.
182#, 5'6, 38" girth.


Also, have water middle ear.
