yesterday i had lunch with friends and all of the sudden i felt uncomfortable and checked my heart rate and it was over 144-148 my hands and feet started to tingle. this is the first time it happens after eating. has this happen to any one and if so what were you eating.

I've never had it while eating however you pulse rate was definately on the high side.  Were you drinking a coffee product, iced tea or colored soda or drinking red wine?  These could all have set off the episode along with the excitement of having lunch with friends and possibly stressing yourself out a  little or becoming anxious.  The tingling you felt it in your hands and feet were harmless.....usually its your bodies reaction to anxiety and nothing to worry about.  A normal pulse rate is 70-120 for a non athlete so you were on the high side but not at an alarming rate........i wouldn't stress it on this one.....

Thanks for your feedback. I dont drink coffee, there was no alcohol but i was laughing and joking around and it was a new dish i eat and very good so i eat alot of it.
