symptoms range from no symptoms to extreme fatigue.  It depends on your underlying heart function (normal, abnormal) is some cases.  There are cases of people that get a bundle branch block during exercise and as soon as they get the bundle branch block, they get extremely fatigued and lose their energy.  I have seen two people like this.  Both of these cases were confirmed with an exercise stress test and a bundle branch block that occurred the exact second that the patients started to say --- I have symptoms or there it is.  Both cases had friends and doctors that told them the symptoms were in their head ( I thought they might have been too) but the symptoms correlated with the exact second the bundle branch block started.

Other tests would including echo cardiograms that specifically look for dyssychrony.

I hope this helps.
