treat tachyarrhythmias in WPW

We all know that Afib with RVR in known WPW pt we use only Procainamide, cardioversion if unstable and maybe amiodarone.   A recent conference I attended there was some indication that if there is a narrow QRS regular tachycardia at say 220 bpm one can use dig, adenosine, verapamil, cardiazem as well as procainamide.  Thoughts on this one!

I am an AFib sufferer, permanent, but your post is way too technical for me to comment further than my AFib is treated to control the (ventricle) heart rate with beta blockers and calcium channel blockers... I never see a HR over about 150 and that is when I am exerting myself too much/hard.  At my age and AFib walking briskly up a slight upgrade is over exertion... I have to slow down, even stop and rest.
