So, I think your questions can not be answered here.  I also think your question is too general even for someone who understand it.  Seems one might find a article or a whole text book needed to fully address your question.

As Jerry said, there are rarely any medical doctors on this forum. You may ask your question in the Expert forum, or even better, ask a cardiologist face to face.

Though I hope you will stay on this forum and help us answer questions. There are occationally doctors visiting us but it would be really nice of one of you would stay and help building this community.
