what is possible left atrium enlargement?

I went to the doctor and here are my the interpretation of my EKGSinus rhythm with Fusion complexes
Possible left atrial enlargement
Left axis deviation
Non specific T wave abnormality
Abnormal ECG

QRS                        82 ms
QT/QTcB     364  /   366 ms
PR           :             142 ms
RR/PP    :   990  /   980 ms
P/QRS/T : 74/-33/       7 degrees


What does all of this mean? WIll I  need surgery? medicine? diet and exercise shift? rest?

Did you Dr. not go over the results with you?  If not, you should follow-up with him/her to make sure they give you a treatment plan.  They should have explained all of this to you.

While someone here might have some insight for you, please know we are not doctors so we can't give you specific advice.  I have heard though that EKGs are not good at determining atrial size so you should ask about getting an echo if you have not done so already.
