heart attack

my 35 year od friend thinks shes having a heart attack after eating a spicy meal she says the pain gets worse everytime she bends over or lies down what would you tell her?

much more likely due to gerd/acid reflux - age, onset after spicey foods etc
avoid such foods and try prilosec otc 20mg once daily
should help if diagnosis is GERD
