16 and suffering

I've suffered from hemorrhoids for a few months now and need help. The past few days I've noticed bleeding and i'm getting worried. I'm too embarrassed to tell my parents or go to a GP. I've tried changing my diet and I now drink a lot of water and have more fibre rich food but they still appear. I'm too scared to go to the toilet knowing I may get another hemorrhoid and may start bleeding again. The blood is bright red and appears in the toilet and on the tissue. Please help!

I don't really feel any pain but the bleeding and uncomfort is rather annoying and I just wish it'd stop!
