Do I have hemorrhoids or just swelling?
I'm 20 years old and yesterday I had an constipated bowel movement which made me think I had a fissure. It did pain like a stretch in skin like I can sit and do whatever I want to. But today I after taking a stool softer used a washroom scared and it did pain a little. I don't know whether its just a normal stretch or a fissure. Later at night I used castor oil on my outer and a bit inside my anal area for lubrication and I found that the hole area is a bit swelled. I'm scared that will it go away on its own or do I need surgery for it.
I also took a warm shower twice and used an anti-bacterial soap once.
Help me to relieve from such a thing to grow.
