External hemorrhoid treatment

I have 2 clumps outside my anus.. They are itchy and painful when I poo.. I have had bleeding during bowel for many years. Are they external hemorrhoid? The clumps are small.. Do I need surgery for these? I'm scared. Please help.

No need for surgery. You can try taking herbs to reduce the swelling and add more fiber-rich food to your diet to make waste removal less painful. Fiber helps a lot in softening the stool making it easier to defecate.

Yes these are classic hem symptoms. Nothing to be overly concerned about. These will come an go throughout your life as once the tissue as been damaged it has become weak and prone to balloning again. You might see your doc as they can give you some cream to help them heal but eat more ruffage and dont strain while in the bathroom and try not to get constipated. Probably half the world has these to some extent.
