Extreme antibiotics

A month ago, I was admitted to the hospital for Acute Pyelonephritis.  For 6 days, they pumped approximately 40 bags of IV antibiotics, fluids, and minerals (potassium, magnesium, etc.) into me.  When discharged, I continued another 2 weeks of Cipro and 2 rounds of Fluconazole for yeast infection.  Since ending the last round of pills 5 days ago, my bowel movements have begun to return to normal after having antibiotic-induced diarrhea for a month.  I've been taking probiotics since my 3rd day in the hospital, and am taking a quality probiotic with a high survival rate, but I know my internal balance is far from correct.  Now the problem is that BMs have become somewhat uncomfortable with soreness, minor bleeding, minor pain between movements, and swelling and dryness around the anus.  So, is it more likely hemorrhoids, or a fissure/tear that is irritated?  I've never had problems with them before, so am unfamiliar with the difference.  Should I try witch hazel first, or is there a gentler treatment?  I do not need a stool softener (no problem there), and I'm not constipated or even straining during BMs.  For during the workday, I thought about carrying some baby wipes since they are gentler than regular tissue, but I read somewhere that they can irritate it more.  Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Anal fissure and hemorrhoids are the most common causes of anal pain and bleeding from the anus.Depending on their location, they can be internal(rectum) or external(near anus) hemorrhoids.Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless. It seems that you are having external hemorrhoids.
