Internal Hemmies - odd sensation?

When googling up the feeling of internal hemorrhoids, I haven’t come across any information that sounds like the sensation I’ve been feeling, and I’m wondering if any of you have ever felt a similar sensation?

Whether your internal hemmies are bleeding or giving too much discomfort or not, have you ever had the sensation of fluid, moving into the rectum area?

What I mean is not fluid coming through the colon and rectum like diarhea, but more like fluid from inside the walls, like as if it was a liquid under your skin and you can feel it moving around, shifting positions, most likely caused by the gravity of standing - kind of like a marble under your skin.

Another visual thought that comes to mind is like a water weenie, if any of you know what that is.  I’m not talking about the kind where it squirts water, but a weenie that’s completely enclosed and whenever you squeeze it, the water shifts.

Recently, I think due to standing, or possibly walking, for too long, I started to get that feeling, and whenever I sit down or lay down for awhile and then stand back up, I can feel the sensation of the movement of the fluid again, especially during urination - BTW, I'm a 38yr Male.

The sensation is not exactly painful, but i don't think it's pleasant either, and I’m sure my paranoia only amplifies its unpleasantness.

Even though I don’t think I’m having a terrible hemorrhoids bout, YET, I'm treating the situation like as if I’m having a bout of hemmies, hoping that as a precautionary measure, this will prevent it from getting into full on hemmie party.

I’m wondering if any of y’all have felt the same, and I’m curious what you usually do about it.

thanks!

Have you consulted your doctor yet? Those are not symptoms of hemorrhoid or anal fissure. You might be having bad diarrhea.

Thanks for the welcome!  though it would be nice to not have to hang out in such groups....I'm sure yall feel the same.

yeah, the sensation is so weird.  I almsot wonder if it's just a mini air (fart) pocket, that's finding it's way down....but when I don't pass any gass, it only makes me wonder.  the feeling of the fluid shift is so weird.

I put on some of chinese musk ointment i found online with my finger and felt around - I didn't really feel much - maybe a tiny bead of an internal hemmie...

But when I look in the mirror, I can see that the whole inner lining right under the edge of the opening kind of wants to swell up...

I don't know...

I've been a not-so-proud owner of external hemmies for awhile, which have become quite dormant in the last 5 years...but this internal hemmies nonsense has been an issue since then.  who knows - maybe i've had them for longer and never knew it.

I used to be susceptiple to fissures quite a bit, and even had some periennal absess a long time ago....i wonder if it could be that.

has anyone figured out how to swap out rectums yet?  I should look on Amazon...

Hi and welcome. I have both inside and outside and as yet have not experienced what your mentioning. Hemms are bloted blood filled topical elongated damaged tissues. And if filled with blood can be terribly painful till they open and release the blood. If your not finding any blood on tissue paper or in your undies, your sensation is most likely not coming from one.
Maybe its a older broken one and your feeling the excess skin flaping around.
