Is there a "cure" for hemorrhoids?

I have been treating hemorrhoids with suppositories, ointments, medicated wipes, epsom salt, and anti-inflammatories (tylenol etc.)

I am looking for suggestions, I have been to see a doctor about the problem, and they perscribed me suppoistories that did not do anything different than the OTC preparation H suppositories.
I have been including more fiber into my diet, with supplements and natural sources (whole grain etc.)

I am looking what step to take next, or some suggestions on how to further treat them.
