Please assist i have had this issue for years, i am a type 1 diabetic and think i have internal hemorrhoids. I have a big knot at the bottom of my anus that looks swollen. I have a rash that goes from the back of my testicles to around my anus. It tends to bleed small amounts of blood when I wipe and burns and itches constantly. I have tried hemorrhoid cream and Neosporin on the site with no relief. It tends to scab up and is very painful. Im embarrassed to go to the doctor but am so uncomfortable i might have to soon. There is no bumps just a swollen part at the base of my anus. I have tried to eat better and nothing seems to help. Can someone please help me out with a at home fix for these symptoms. I would post a picture but I do not have the option to. Thank you
