Swollen Anus

Hello,

I am sorry ,my primary language isn't English ,so i wasn't too sure about the title of this post.

Unfortunately ,I have a problem with my anus and I would like to ask for suggestions.

I am 27 and without experience in this topic really.

I live in a really small town now, where we don't really have qualified professionals ,so I need to travel to a large city to get this checked out.

However, before i can do that i would like to ask online about it.
What this could be and what kind of treatments are possible.

Do i need surgery ?

I also linked a couple of images.

Basically, when i crouch down,my anus is normal but when i keep that position,it gets swollen and as it is visible on the pictures ,it gets really swollen ,really quick.
In a matter of minutes really ,then when i touch it ,it's really hard and while it doesn't hurt ,it's extremely uncomfortable.

I would like to fix this as soon as possible.

thank you for Your replies

The never returned but just make sure you get someone experienced in this procedure. I believe youll need a proctoglist.

Could you tell me how long that would take and if Your friend had any issues after the surgery ever again?

also,do i need to contact an urulogyst?

Then have them surgically repared. My friend did it and was no big deal. Just some issues wiping after with the stiches.

You can learn to live with them and only surgery if they become very elongated or cause unbearable pain.

Does this mean ,that I can never recover ,ever to get back normal again ?

I mean,i have to learn to live with this and even surgery wouldn't help with it?

Hi, first of all stop crouching as your causing more blood to be forced into the elongated tissue. We dont diagnose here but only a doctors inspection would confirm if these are hemms.
If they are and they sure look like hemms, whats happened is that from pressure, blood has been forced into the end tissue of your anus and causes a balloning much like a ballon that is filled with water. Once the blood comes out they will heal and youll be back to normal. Most often they pop by them selves from pressure but also the blood can be absorted back into your body but most often they pop releasing blood.

A doc can prescribe some 2.5% cortizone cream that will speed up the healing process but shy of this these not much you can do. you have to stop anything thats causes pressure down there like couching, diet and maybe take some stool softner.
