when i strained, i have blood on the surface of stool.

Hemorrhoids will bleed sometimes if you strain too hard. Sometimes they will often itch or hurt as well. The PH cream did not work at all for me, but witch hazel works WONDERS! I went and got a bottle of witch hazel & applied it to mine every night before bed with gauze pads and two days later I noticed a HUGE difference. Good Luck. Hope all is well.
Hi, we cant diagnose here but they resemble hemorrhoids and the bleeding would also confirm this.
