burning anus

i have a burning sensation in my anus for last few months. there was equal sensation in my foreskin also.but now its only anus. what could be the reason. doctors says fiser but no answer for foreskin.

Sometimes hemorrhoids start with burning skin. If the hemorrhoids are still small and do not cause any problems, oral medications and an ointment applied on them would be helpful.  Having a high fiber diet and increasing water intake would also help.
