hemorrhoid?

so about 6 or 7 days ago when i went to the bathroom there was blood in the bowl and on the paper, it looked like i was in the middle of my period witch i knew was not possible because i had just got off it and there was no blood on my underwear. the next day there was more blood but a little less same the day after that. now there is no blood. i had a little pain when i went but non before or after and it didnt itch. could it have been a hemorroid?

I have quite a few that never go away and are external.  Also have a couple that bleed and are internal.  So...mine are always with me.  ugh.  I cannot really answer your question.  Be sure to keep drinking plenty of water daily!!  Must keep your stools soft.

ya it as bright red. ive been eating soft foods and ive changed some of the stuff im eating and i havent had any blood for 4 days.  how long do they last?

It certainly could be hemorrhoids.  Was the blood bright red?  I have quite a time with hemorrhoids, both external and internal.  Mine have never itched.  Do not let yourself become constipated.  You may want to buy some stool softeners without the laxative added to it.  Otherwise, a product like Metamucil. If this bleeding continues, you should consult your doctor or a colon rectal specialist....the one I see is totally marvelous, gentle and so understanding!
