one more point
I forgot to mention that you do not necessarily have to push your hemorrhoids  back in if they protrude, as some doctors suggest (well, at least one doctor, the one and only I have ever consulted, i.e., the gynecologist who saw my desperate condition after my fourth and last child was born, when the pain from my hemor. was unbearable). You have to decide for yourself which causes less discomfort and proceed accordingly. I find that it's better if I let them protrude and don't mess with them.
