Can I start a normal life?

I have been infecter with this illness for almost 4 months, it had returned 4 times in this 4 months. since thre weeks ago my TGO TGP and FOSFATASA started to fade.
Now my numbers are. TGO 118, TGP 176 and FOSFATASA 128, I need to know if I can start doing some of my life, when is the right time to do it and when it is totally safe to have a glass of wine and start doing some real excercise.
