Fearing Hepatitis

Hi,
   I got my Test Done today for the fear of Hepatitis A.My Tests are normal except for the SGPT which is 85(Should be 65 max I think).Is it a cause of concern?I had Hepatitis about one and a half year back.Has it come back?I had Diarrhoea just a few days ago.From that day I started feeling Weakness.But now I dont have diarrhoea but feel like having constipation now.My urine is not yellow .(Maybe bcoz I drink of lot of water these days).My Test Results are---
Bili TOTAL-- 0.52;
Bili DIRECT--0.14;
Bili INDIRECT--0.38;
SGOT---33;
SGPT---85(This is high);
GGT--38;
ALK PHOS---86;
Total Protein--8.6;
ALBUMIN---5.0;
GLOBULIN--3.6;
A/G Ratio---1.4.
Are these values of any concern.Should I go to Doctor.I am not sure.Please advise me on this if these are related to Hepatitis or can occur due to Diarrhoea also(High SGPT I mean).
