Heapatitis C

i have conducted Hepatitis C test and the lab results shows that Hepatitis C Antibodies are at Border line. What is the meaning of border line , is it dangerous and what i have to do now ?

Also Hepatitis B surface Antigen test is reactive .
Please clarify me?

If HCV antibodies are borderline, it is suggested to get confirmation using ‘HCV RNA by PCR’ test. Even if exposure occurred, roughly 15% of patients will defeat the virus with their own immune response. The PCR results will be highly specific for infection.
