Hi if the body can naturally clear up a Hepatitis A infection... then what's the big deal about catching it?  Does it cause permanent liver damage or something?

I've hep A immunity showing in my blood test.  I don't know where and when I had this Hep A before.  Doc told me I had Hep A before then it healed.  That's why I got immunity.  I never know I caught Hep A in my life and I never received any Hep A treatment in my life either. I believe it can heal or clear up by our body itself.  May be it was the mild infection or not the serious one.  If serious one can be life threatening.
