Help for remove HAV

hellow
recently i had test blood for my hepatitis profile and results are bad.
results are given bellow

HBsAg:                           Negative
Serum SGPT(ALT):          380.0 U/L
Serum Bilirubin:               4.90 mg/dl
Anti HAV IgM:                 positive
Patients Count:               10.95

Please inform me about my treatment. i am warid due to my virus

Take plenty of rest avoid fatty and oily foods and alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Within 2 months all will be ok.
