No, your golden. Eat all you want.
Are you saying "If I have Hep A, can I give myself Hep A?"
If you have Hep A in your feces, you have Hep A...
I... don't think so, but don't take my word on that. Accidentally touching your OWN feces (if your NOT sick) won't just give you Hep A that way. Even if you had Hep A and did that, you won't get 'double' sick, just a nasty taste. Hepatitis A can only be passed when an INFECTED person's feces somehow gets ingested by you, such as sick cooks at restaurants or people who didn't wash their hands when leaving the bathroom (even though you did and touched the doorknob on the way out anyway). I'm sure your body will react a little harsh if you... did what you said, but Hep A is a contagious disease passed from people, raw substances, and/or unhygienic areas and somehow makes it's way into your mouth. Popular areas: Toilet flush handles, dirty door knobs, public drinking fountains, raw restaurants, contaminated produce, your shoes, etc.
Not if you wash your hands first!!!!!
