MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
It is possible that you have suffered frenulum tear due to penile injury. A torn frenulum can lead to erection problems.Faecal incontinence could be due to muscle damage or weakness, nerve damage, rectocoele, loss of stretch in the rectum, constipation etc.You will need a clinical examination and tests like anal ultrasound, flexible sigmoidosopy for faecal incontinence. Seeing a urologist for your penile problem will be helpful. Do write to me again.
Best luck and regards!
