Persistently Raised ALT

My ALT has not touched normal over last 3 years. It used to be app 200 and now is app 100. Highest was 474 during an illness of funculosis in leg. Lowest was 68. What are my chances of complications like full blown cirrhosis and HCC?

I have had the Virus for at least 25 years.
My ALT has been as high as 220. Before last Tx it was 148
Now it is well below 100.

I have just got the results of my biopsy. I am Grade 1 Stage 2.
If you post your LFT bloods there might be something to give a clue.
As strange as it may seem your ALTs dont corespond to degree of fibrosis.

As you are a G3 i think Alts in the 100s is quite common.
While it does indicate that something is going on ALTs 3x ULN dont indicate more Fibrosis. People with normal ALTs can have quite severe Fibrosis.

Whats you AST?
