Prolonged 3rd Shot Twinrex

I recived my first two shots of the Twinrex vaccine in July of 2006.
I have never recieved the 3rd. It is now March of 2009. Do I have to start
the process over or just go ahead with the 3rd shot?
If it is the latter, will it be just as effective?
