aggitation/behavioral issues

I am about to start treatment for the second time.  I have to work with people in my job.  I am concerned about agitation.  The last time I did the treatment I went on disability and walked off a lot of agitation.  This time I am working and am concerned about how I will react.  What medications are out there for agitation.  I am also concerned about becoming a little coo coo.  I had a side effect that I believe was called hyper fatigue.  I would go to be about 4:00 in the morning and wake up about 5:30.  I felt completely  rested but it seems some people thought I was a little coo coo. I believe that I was a little manic while on the treatment.

It can have that effect and affect on people...

I will give you a suggestion that helped me tons: Journaling every day.

Medhelp has a built in journal feature....

But I did mine on paper --- I wrote my symptoms, how I felt - my mood - what I was thinking and everything I wanted to after that.

It helped me gauge my mood --- see if I needed to go to the docs --- cause 3 days of "my stomach hurts" is 2 too many days --- but you tend to forget things --- so journaling let me realize I needed to do things.

It also let me deal with things. Helped tremendously.

But if you're manic --- talk to your doc -- there may be some things you might be able to take or do ---- Xanax and Lorazepam worked wonders for me...
