Hi there!
There is no specific treatment for hepatitis A. It usually clears on its own. Take adequate rest. Maintain your hydration. Take a light diet and avoid fatty foods .During hepatitis one should avoid alcohol and drugs like acetaminophen which are hepatotoxic. Most people are cured within 3 months. Though it may take up to 6 months in few people. It varies person to person. In a person with past infection IgG antibodies will be positive. I hope it helps. Do write to us again with more queries.  I sincerely hope it helps.
Take care and good luck!
