facing problem in recovering from jaundice?

hi well iam 25 years old and iam facing a problem with jaundice for last 3 months nearly where my problem is that i got recovered from jaundice and still after few days in my blood test i have got higher levels of sgpt a value of 54 and bilirubin value of 1.60 after few more days of treatment the bilirubin has come to 1.15 which i feel is normal.But the value of sgpt has jumped to 74.5 i have to go abroad for higher studies and iam very confused what to do altough i have no symptoms of jaundice i have no vomiting no shoratge of apetite.can anybody answer me do i need to take rest as iam already taking rest for last one month and really frustrated with this situation. I have done my hbsag hcv and fatty liver test and all of them showing neative result .please someone advise.my weight is nearly 94 kg and height is 6 foot and my cholestrpl and triglycerides are at higher trewshold value. So can it be fatty liver also and if yes than what are its symptoms.

This is very serious. You must see your doctor. If you feel unsatisfied with his advice you may want to seek another. It is possible to have jaundice from fatty liver syndrome but only a test from your doctor can tell you the cause of your jaundice. Again its best to see your doctor and not guess or self diagnose. If still you have questions, there are Medical Experts, Physicians here on this site who you'd be better off asking.
