hepatitis A patient from last four months

Hello sir,
I have been suffering from Hep-A since October-2014. I my total bilirubin was 5.4 mg/dl. Then I my family doctor provided me medication for 10 days and after 10 days I tested my total bilirubin which was 10.4 mg/dl. SGPT= 690, SGOT= 300, then they gave me saline and Tab= Ursocol 300 ( 2 times per day), folvite, pentocid. After 20 days my bilirubin came to 1.8 mg/dl and SGPT= 400 and SGOT =120. Then my doctor told me you are almost okay but you should continue your tabs for further 10 more days. Go back to your normal life, no need to take rest at home from now.
(But from the starting I did not take any kind of boil food, everyone told me to take low fat diet but I did not listen to them, I only listened to my doctor who told me you can eat everything, so I ate fish { in lunch and dinner}, oily food ete, still my bilirubin came down to 1.8 mg/dl from 10.4mg/dl))

I started normal activity like driving car everyday etc...

But after 1 week from my last visit again I went to my doctor for fitness certificate the I did my LFT, then I shocked  my bilirubin got increased to 2.75 mg/dl and SGPT= 2100, SGOT=1300.
And i did not want go with my previous doctor and hospital because I though they were doing wrong treatment to me.So, I changed my doctor and admitted into a new hospital.

They found the same acute Viral Hep-A and told me I will be fine, just your disease is relapsing.
I then started to take complete low fat diet and plenty of fruits and water...my LFTs are following

Date               Parameter             level                                    Medication now i am taking
                                                                                            1. Heptral ( 3 times per day)

                                                                                            3. Pentocid (2 times per day)
                                                                                            4. Zevit       (1 time per day)
                                                                                            5. Livopil     (3 times per day)

22 Dec-14      Total Bilirubin          2.8
                     SGPT                     2100                                    (Above mentioned medicine)
                      SGOT                   1300

29th Dec-14   Total Bilirubin           2.4
                     SGPT                     1530                                     (Above mentioned medicine)
                     SGOT                     900

6th Jan-15      Total Bilirubin           1.8
                     SGPT                      811                                       (Above mentioned medicine)
                     SGOT                      600

After 1 month....................

6th Feb-15     Total Bilirubin           1.3
                     SGPT                      208                                        (Above mentioned medicine)
                     SGOT                      95

On 6th Feb-15 I went to my doctor and showed him my LFTs. He then told me I am having an excellent recovery and also lower the dose of my medicines and told me first lets come every parameters  to normal range, then you can join into your job and can do physical activity and told me to repeat my LFTs after 1 month. Thats on 6th March-15.

I would like to ask sir....
Why this relapse happened to me and why is is taking too much time???????????

. It has taken complete 4 months, while people say take low fatty diet and you will be cured after 1 month, there is no medicine for Hep-A.

Medication now i am taking now from 6th feb-2015
         1. Heptral ( 2 times per day)
         2. Golbi SR (2 times per day)
         3. Pentocid (1 time per day)
         4. Zevit       (1 time per day)

Will I get complete recovery on 6th March-2015 ??????
Why in my case it is so much time consuming????

I have the same problem as you. Bilirubin is 10.4. Have started taking medicines (Urso 250 mg). My doctor has also told me to eat everything home cooked. Im completely yellow due to high bilirubin which is very uncomfortable.

Any tips that you could give me?

Yes I got this disease from water. Mainly open fruit Juice that available in the market. Mango shake, banana shake etc.
Yes I am drinking water a lot. I am also drinking glucose. Also I am not taking any kind of oily and fatty food.

Good news is that I am almost recovered now from Hep-A.
As per my last LFT,

SGPT: 78
SGOT: 65

Hi I am not a doctor but my husband had this.  He got it from a restaurant.
He could eat no fat, or fried foods.
He drank a lot of water.
They gave him B12 shots
He improved quickly but he did not resume any activity until he improved  Could you have resumed activity too soon so that is why you relapsed?
Are you drinking water?  That is very important.
Do they know where you got the Hep A?
What type of water do you drink? Is it city or well water?
Take care
