new HEPA old hsv2

Back in October I was diagnosed with Hepatitis A which made sense with my symptoms at the time expect for my constant cough. 6 weeks after possible exposure to this I was tested fearing HIV due to similarities in symptoms HIV came back negative then again tested at the 105 or 112 days after possible exposure HIV came back negative. But still have dry throat with something like upper respiratory infection not sure if this is a question for here just want to see if this is normal for HEPA with hsv2
