What supplements or combination of is recommended for HCV?  What supplements should I avoid besides iron? How much is too much?  I take daily:  2- Milk Thistle 175 mg each ( Silymarin 140 ea.), 1- Alpha Lipioc Acid 100 mg, 1- Selenium 100mg, 1- multi Vit, 1- 200 mg Vita E, 1 -50mg Coq10, 1- 500 mg Ester C, 1-1200 mg Fish Oil, 1- 500 mg L-Lysine (just started). Anybody?
