AIH patient

Hi all! I am 25 years old and have been diagnosed with AIH since I was 20. I am just wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any pain relief for the liver pain? Mine can get so intense that I can't eat and it even prevents me from getting to sleep and when I eventually do fall asleep, I wake up in pain. Any help with this would be great! Also if anyone has any information on clinical trials or research, I would love to try get in on those. Thank you for any help you may have!
