I need advise please!

Im a 27 year old male. I had a severe constipation 8 month ago with a lower left abdomen pain. The doctor diagnosed me with ulcer after reviewing my x-ray. And mentioned my liver is a little swollen. But nothing to worry about. After couple month i started having major problem with constipation the lower abdomen and decided to see another doctor who suggested i should do colonoscopy and referred me to a GI specialist. Couple month later the GI put me on Miralax and started eating lot of fiber foods cut on spicy, acidic foods. No pains and daily normal bowel movement. The blood work again should a slight high points on the result.. should i be worried of any kind of hepatitis?? Please help
