Inflammed liver? Hepititis(hepatitis)?

Hi there

Ive been perscribed 30/500 co codimol for the last 3 months, along with diazipam and and a strong anti inflammitory (for my bad back)
But during the last 6 odd weeks, on my right side my liver seemed to intermitantly be causing pinching pain. Its got worse this week, with the pinching type sensation and ive also had bad yellow stools the past 24 hours.

I generally feel okay in myself other than feeling tired and have the occasional headache. But i think this is from me stopping the meds i was given 4 days ago  (withdrawl (withdrawal) from the co codimol maybe) as i swear they started the whole problem.

My mum had hepititis (hepatitis) a few years back, and im pretty sure i have the symptoms of it. Saying that, today my liver area has started to feel better and not as hard/swollen as it has been today. Ive mainly just stayed in bed and been taking it easy as sometimes i feel a little weak. The diorreah is intermitant.

Im going to the doctors next week for some blood tests, but could the medication ive been taking so much of be the route cause? and if so, now ive stopped taking it, should my liver (and i swear it is that) recover by itself?
Im on day 4 now of just cold turkey off co codimol - and to be honest i was starting to get addicted to it because of the length of time i was on it and how frequently i needed to take it.

Any kind of help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
