Metal Detox with AIH and Crohn's?

Does anyone manage their AIH naturally? Diagnosed at 9years old with AIH and Crohn's, after trying everything Western medicine had to offer, was only able to achieve remission with my Naturopath. After 4 years, symptoms came back two years ago with a hospital stay and high doses of prednisone and still can't get it under control. Now am on a Metal Detox for Mercury Poisoning. Any ideas? I feel terrible!
