Sarcoidosis diagnosis?

What do these results (liver biopsy) mean:

the biopsy shows portions of liver parenchyma containing discrete and confluent non-caseating epithelioid granulomas, randomly scattered throughout the parenchyma and sometimes accentuated around portal tracts. The granulomas are surrounde mostly by a rim of small lymphocytes but in occasional granulomas there is a concentric ring of newly formed collagen. The remainder of the lobular parenchyma appears normal. The overall picture is that of granulomatous hepatitis. Fungal and mycobacterial stains have proven negative.
