blood test : ATL SGPT increased from 38 to 51 after risky event

is there any correlation with potential infection with HIV virus?
or its mostly related with what i have been eating in the last few weeks?.

on the 19th i got some blood test done becuase i felt a pain on my lower rib cage.  ATL SGPT came out at 38.

on the 22nd i had protected sex with sex worker. very anxious the week after, a bit dizzy...

Jan 7th i repeat blood test as follow up for the first one and ATL SGPT increased to 51.

again, i was very anxious after my risk encounter.  and i can help to correlate everything.

still below the 90 days window to test.
thanks in advance for any insight.
