Hello,

Ask your family physician for a especific blood work. They are know as HAV-Ab/IgM; HAV-Ab/total, anti-HBs; HBsAg; HBeAg; anti-HBc; anti-HBc,IgM; anti-HBe; HBV DNA
and anti-HCV; HCV RIBA; HCV-RNA.

I had mine done to rule out Hepatitis A, B and C and they all came back negative.

Best Wishes!

I would guess it would have been Hepatitis A since all family members received shots. That is something you can pick up almost anywhere & is kind of flu like only.
Hope this helps,
