Confused and bothered hepa b carrier

Kindly give some insights and advice kasi totally confused/bothered po ako. Going to Dubai sana ako for the second time all are sets and just waiting for my medical exam result. But they found our that im hepa b carrier daw. They advice me to seek advice and also to have second opinion.

Here are my Hepa B Profile result last 15 April 2014:

                                             Cut-off Values   Patient Value         Remarks
HbsAg w/titter - ECLIA Method         1.0                       5413                 Reactive
Anti Hbs ECLIA Method                 10.0                       2.0                 Nonreactive
HbeAg - ECLIA Method                 1.0                       0.196                 Nonreactive
Anti Hbe (reverse)- ECLIA Method 1.0                       0.007                 Reactive
Anti Hbc IgM- ECLIA Method         1.0                       0.038                 Nonreactive
Anti Hbc IgG (reverse)                         0.739               0.321                 Reactive

Based on these result he told me n wala n daw gamot sa sakit ko kasi lifetime n daw po ito? IS IT TRUE? Pero non-infected daw po ako. Ano po ba ibig sabihin non? Ano po ba dapat kong gawin im just 29 yrs old.  Kindly help me please...

Thanks for your response. I drink occasionally pero since nalaman ko i dont drink n, eversince di rin ako ngyosi. wala akong nararamdaman ng khit n anong symptoms of having hepa B. But the doctor told me Chronic n daw ito based on my lab result kc i have no hepa B vaccine daw.

If try ko kaya sa hi precision magpa-laboratory? Ask p kya sila ng request from the doctor? or i will present my latest lab result? Per Stef advice it should be quantitive, the one used for me is obselete n daw. Kindly advice what need to do. Is there specific lab test that i need to undergo? Kindly advice. Many Thanks!
