Refrain of drinking alcoholic drinks, be zero alcohol. dont smoke. minimize fatty foods. Take care of your liver.
Maraming tao hepaB carrier na normal pa rin pamumuhay nila..so don't get stressed of it. just follow the advise of doctors. Much better 2 na gastro puntahan mu..
