What medications to take when diagnosed HBsAG Reactive?

Just this morning, I received the result of my laboratory test and I found out that I have Hepa B reactive. I am 25 weeks pregnant and I am worried that the virus can be passed to my unborn child. I would like to know what causes the Hepa B infection and what are the medications I have to take? Anyone here who had Hepa B during their pregnancy? Thank you.
