ah chronic po ata yung case nyo kasi one 1year na, yung akin po kasi ay acute lang , uminom po ako ng godex 3x a day kumain ng apples oranges at green vegetables, hindi po ako kumain ng kahit n anong meat except white fishkumain din po ako ng maraming white rice kasi nakakapag palamig daw yun ng liver nag take po ako ng vitamins e and c at uminom ng buko. napaka bilis nag non reactive ng virus s kin after 1 month lang non reactive n ko. sana kayo din po magkaroon pa ng chance mag non reactive. at mag pray din kayo oras oras. =)
pero bago p lng kahit n one year eh pede p din n maalis ng katawan mo yung virus. the best ay mag pa konsulta k s spsyalista para ma monitor ang virus count mo at ma monitor ang diet mo kasi isa s napakalaking factor ang eating habits at lakas ng immune system mo s ganitong uri ng virus.
