Eat healthy po and iwasan mag puyat. Iwasan din po ang stress. At syempre given na po na wag po uminom ng alak at manigarilyo. Goodluck!

If you have hepatitis B for less than 6 months live a healthy lifestyle as mentioned by Shirley because it can still be cured and is called as acute hepatitis. It can be cured 95% of the time if you're an adult. If you are unlucky and it persists greater than 6 months, or have gotten it as a child, you are most like chronic and will have it for life. In which case, newer drugs that are best for treatment are: Tenofovir and Entecavir. Best consult a doctor
