I feel stomach upset.

Please Help. I have been on tenofirvi from June to February. I have taken the drug since the start of March. Now I feel Slight stomach upset. For some days now. Is it connected to the stopping of the drugs? I want to go for check up next week. Should I continue the drug? My hbv DNA result done before the treatment started  in June was 8600.
